Surrounded by the beautiful waterfront of the Venice Beach, it is no surprise that Jefferson at Marina Del Rey has that natural coastal California energy. Much of its design, particularly the outdoor areas, was drawn from the natural elements of its surroundings. Yet, it is functional, always putting into consideration the ever-changing needs of the users, as evident in the efficiently designed business and co-working spaces.
