Eight80 Models

Eight80 is a multi-family apartment located at an upscale residential area of Newport Beach. The model units of Eight80 were designed to echo the beach lifestyle of the community as seen on the no-frills furniture design complemented with comfortable fabric textures. The use of neutral colors was also a main component in the design, taking inspiration from the natural colors of the beach setting.
