The Westerly on Lincoln is an upscale coastal apartment complex located near Venice Beach. Creating an environment of collaboration was one of the key components for this property to foster a sense of community. The design and lay-out of the co-working spaces make it easy for the users to work remotely with amenities that also allow them to engage in a group setting. The outdoor areas were also designed to promote community interaction with facilities that support recreation and relaxation.
